I was not a fan until I watched this
Looks legit! My question is, how do you have a 14 min highlight tape like that and still not ranked a 90/4 star or above. I honestly don't believe that there are 45 2013 class rb/all purpose backs that are better than him based on the 2 hours i just spent watching all of the higher ranked rb's videos in this class.
To err is human... to really screw things up you need a computer!
I kept saying wow. Great balance, strength, speed and moves. We got a steal with this one.
SIAP, 500 yards in class 6a championship game pretty impressive, would imagine he would be a good candidate for redshirt considering we would have Davis, plus Wilds , Salley, Carson coming back from injury and Williams probably coming in this class is well. Definitely a plus to have 6 running backs in the fold.

"Act like you've been there before and expect to be back." - Bear Bryant
He also plays 6A ball in Fla. He plays against the big boys. I don't see how anybody could be anything but thrilled to have Jamari choose the Gamecocks. He had an impressive offer list as well. This was a very good haul by Jr.
One thing that I noticed that adds even more to the future is that he is pretty fast despite the fact that he takes tiny, short and choppy steps. He takes long strides while he is accelerating, and then shortens them up. This will get fixed quickly once he gets here, and he will be a burner.
He runs in the 4.5 range right now, while taking 1/2 steps. Once he works with the S&C staff, and maybe a track coach, he will run at least 4.4.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
Yeah, those short choppy steps look weird. Kid can certainly break a tackle. I would actually like to see some clips where he gets tackled
steve i heard somewhere he was a very good db. do you know anything about that?
No. Only thing I've heard is that FSU was considering offering him as an athlete. He looks like a RB all the way to me.
Someone with some time on their hands needs to go through and count the number of missed tackles. It's Lattimore-versus-Georgia level.
I like his patience. He follows his blocks well and he hits the corner in pirsuit of the first down. He doesn't seem to try and do the cut-backs that get so many college RBs in trouble. That's a great mentality to already have.
You can't see! I can't see! All that matters is can the f*&%ing horse see! That's a raid!
He really hates to be tackled. He's about as good as I've seen for bouncing of would be defenders.
SIAP recently from one of our more informed posters that they wouldn't be surprised if the staff did not look at him on the defensive side of the ball.
He plays in 8A down in Florida.
Reminds me of another #3 we all know and love.
If that kid is a 3 star then Brooklyn Decker is a skank. He has all the qualities that the good ones have, speed, balance, vision, power, and quickness. Some of his cuts at full speed are ridiculous. Hell he even carries the ball in his correct arm the majority of the time. I am just floored at how anyone with any knowledge about football can rate him a 3 star.
I can see some Boyd in there as well.
Recruiting rankings factor in breakaway speed when deciding on star power and, while he has speed and is obviously impressive on film, he looks more like a 4.5 guy. He also runs too upright at times so those may be the reasons for the three star rating. Good looking player to me though.
