Anybody know what his injury is? He didn't play for Missouri yesterday. Wonder if he'll be back by Saturday.
Shoulder injury, but they've been keeping it pretty hush-hush
I think it's the same shoulder he had surgery on in the off season. I haven't seen anything official from Missouri about how long he's expected to be out (and don't expect to) but it wouldn't surprise me at all if he missed our game. Several of their fans on the rivals main board have intimated as much.
Sounds like our own team as well.
Just a hunch, but he probably play and I'm sure the coaches will practice thinking he will.
there is an article linked somewhere that says it is the bersa sac on the shoulder he injured last year. supposedly there is some conflicting info that the reason he didn't play was he refused to take a pain shot. franklin told reporters after the game last night that he would be ready next week.
yep, read that as well
being a conference game, I bet he takes that shot if needed
Kelcy is studying to become a Chiropractor, so he'll be sure and give Mr. Franklin an adjustment during the game.
