Nothing but Garnet in the stands...... No white, no black, Just a Sea of Garnet like those Orange homos pull off....
Would be cool
The orange homos HAVE to wear orange.... it's the standard color of inmate apparel.
Just once...I would love our fans to appreciate what we have accomplished and not find some random thought to bitch about.
Any colors are better than orange, no matter what the ratio. Not sure what the complaint is. There's plenty of garnet there on game days.
No need to call the op a tater! Watching the game on tv I saw 2 lime green shirts, a yellow shirt and a blue shirt. And this was just directly behind home plate. Our colors are garnet, black and I guess white for the retards who wear those off colors
Thank you for not being a fvcking idiot like these other posters.
Swear to god, all these idiots do is sit around and wait to rip somebody a new one for posting anything...
If you guys honestly don't think it would look cool to have an entire sea of Garnet, then I can't fix stupid
We're not a bball student section or some stupid NBA playoff promotion.
I thought the idea of going to games was to wear team colors. I guess our fans haven't gotten that memo yet.
Actually I wore one of the green shirts. Whenever I wear garnet we just do not play as well. It has been this way for 3 or 4 years. In fact regulars in my section expect me to wear green for big games. So far so good. Mind you I am not superstitious NOT. I would love to wear Garnet and do for all other sporting events just not baseball.
I wore one of the green shirts. Do for all the big games. The regulars in my section expect me to. Superstition. I have done this for 3 or 4 years. In fact I showed up in garnet one game clear down to the SC baseball pants and we lost miserably. I was told to keep the garnet at home for baseball. My wife before this game asked me why a put on a garnet shirt last night and suggested I go change to green. I did, we won, all were happy.
There was a kid behind the plate with a freaking turquoise shirt on. C'mon Man!!!
Out of all the "bitching", this is not something unreasonable. I would much rather hear us suggest things the fans could do than us rip a player, or a recruit.
Valid point, OP! I would like to see how that looked. Or, all garnet and/ or black would be cool as well.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
How do you propose the university should keep non-fans who just want to go to the game from attending? Ever stop to think that the guy in the pink shirt may actually be a Vandy grad who just so happened to go see us play? Let's just be happy with our successes and stop worrying about things completely out of anyone's control.

I agree with the OP as well. Even with garnet there are still 20 shades of it on the sale rack. Nike, adidas, UA all have different colors. I had a gamecock polo in college that was straight up red. I dont know how to fix it but i do notice it. The greens and blues, that happens, i get some people are superstitious but we have A lot of options with white, black, garnet, etc. Which is why you dont see the sea of garnet. It is a lot better than seeing the garnet seats though instead of fans. Our attendance and crowd is fantastic and the entire country knows it.
I would like more garnet too.
Blaze orange "pops" more because it is a pretty loud color and no wears it regularly. I don't feel like teams with similar colors to ours(FSU, Alabama, uga) display more of their shade of red than we do or that we wear a less % of garnet than the taters do orange. Regardless it was a ridiculous post immediately after a big win.
I saw a dude last night in an orange polo shirt.
We are SO beyond black outs, garnet outs. We have arrived. We don't need gimmicks to feel good about ourselves. Sorry if you don't agree.
Just wear Garnet like you should and STFU!!!!
Omg. Ray didn't get the memo. Team in grey. We are so screwed.
