I am shocked. Shocked I tell you.
really shocked the world there.
honestly not too upset about it. After the FAU incident and all of the quotes he and his family released the past few hours I don't know how long he would have lasted here. Seems a bit immature, but can play football for sure.
He was a bonus, and not a huge need. He's a good player we would have loved to have landed, and I wish him the best. We will continue to build, and win.
Oh, and Kelsey Griffin is better
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
This is good news for us for 3 reasons:
1. We did not need another DT in this class and this will keep the position from getting clogged up.
2. Extra Scholly for next year's outstanding DT class (We already outright lead for 3 4 stars plus poona ford).
3. Keith is a kid that likes to play games, and he just doesn't really seem to fit in with what we have going here from a character/maturity standpoint.
Today was his 15 minutes of fame. He jerked us around and chose a third rate conference. I expect that his tenure at Florida State will last longer than the ACC.
I am constantly amazed by the way Florida State continues to capitalize on past successes, despite recent flops. Being in the ACC is actually something they have to overcome yet they still score great classes every year.
That being said, this kid may be far more trouble than he's worth. I wouldn't be crying if he had chosen USC, but I would be wary of what was to come.
Didn't realize he had a 1 yr old daughter. Probably best he stayed in the state of Florida, so that he can be somewhat part of her life. Dad didn't look too happy during the presser.
In the famous words of Clark W. Grisswald ,"If my head was stapled to the floor I couldn't be more surprised than I am right now." I hope I am able to get to sleep tonight. Thanks for the excitement there Keith. #shockthewhat

If we weren't getting him I'm atleast glad he will be making the tigers life miserable at FSU.

Agree. That is a plus.
fhahm. his daddy too.
I couldn't agree more. One of the reasons we're winning is we've got great chemistry. I don't want some kid coming in here with a big head or bad attitude. I'll take our DT all day long. You do know that Griffin is rated higher than Bryant.
After getting sent home by FAU, we knew he was a piece of excrement. A really big, tough, athletic piece of excrement, but a piece of excrement none the less.
Yea, but I wanted him to be our excrement.
