Julius Randle - number one ranked PF committed to Kentucky last night - giving them the no. 1 PF, SG, PG, and the number 3 SF in the 2013 class along with a top big man - another banner hall - does not get any easier. WG - since they already have the number 1 PG - does that enhance our
opportunity with the Kentucky HS PG - looks like they have rebounded from the Bob Morris loss and for them sub par season.
Whats going to be interesting is seeing how Calipari finds schollies for all these guys. He is not going to have the attrition of years past because most of last years Blue Chip class are not leaving as usual.
As had often been said - the numbers work out - Noels will probably go to the NBA as a top five pick - even though he is hurt, one or two will transfer - don't know how many he has available - but we all know never a team built on seniors.
Don't worry. He's running them off. He'll have the attrition....just may not be to the NBA this year.
They are stil trying to add more guys too. I know they say the numbers always work out but he is bringing in like 9 guys. That is unreal with the two or three freshman that are staying. He can't have that many schollies to hand out, can he?

They also have a chance to grab the number 1 guy wiggings. Eventhough those three freshmen said they was coming back to school i doubt they will. All three are projected top twenty picks. very few kids come back after be projected first round picks.
At some point will the SEC step in and limit basketball scholarships given per year to say 5 to prevent the KY 1 and done effect? Just a thought
Dooubtful - as long as they win a national championship every 2-3 years - good for league FINANCIALLY.
