It must run in the family. Remember when we didn't push for him because he wasn't good enough?
Yep, and judging by our rushing numbers against ga it appears we were right.
George Strait-Entertainer of a Lifetime
And man did you see him play? Must say Lawing called than one right, no way he would have made an impact in a 4 man front, too slow. Good luck to him, someone will pick him up for the 3-4 scheme, can't teach size.

Yeah he didn't really fit our scheme i guess. We were offering him as an OLine right?

He was an overweight, slow OL in high school. There was nowhere for us to put him. Clifton played 2 good games at USC, I'm not sure that was worth a schollie, though I'm not complaining.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
The Geathers view the NFL as the family business.
I feel shocked!
The rug really tied the room together, did it not?
34-17, 4-3, 7-1, 29-7, 34-13 ALL STOP!!! It's a GREAT TIME TO BE A GAMECOCK! Back 2 Back Natty's! DOMINATION By GAMECOCK NATION!
Bingo...right on the money
Do you blame them? I wish it were my family's business.
That's laughable, ANYBODY in the country could have used him at DT, didn't matter if it was a 3-4 or 4-3. Can't teach size like that, would loved to have had him against LSU. Can never have to many good defensive lineman.
Lawing would not play anybody that fat and slow, and neither will an NFL team that runs a 4-3. He would have been an OL at USC.
He's 5 inches taller than Precious and only 40 lbs heavier.
Precious is also quick, works hard, is in shape( for a DL), moves very well for a man that big, and plays with a lot of effort. I also bet that Precious is a LOT stronger than Geathers. Lawing did not want Geathers as a DL for a reason, he doesn't fit what Lawing is trying to do.
