Completely agree. Should they have had that attorney contracted? No.
Still, it doesnt make what they found to be wrong.
It was a mistake on their part, but it is not like some huge corruption that Bilas and others ramble on about over an over. Bilas is a smart man, but a blow hard that criticizes the NCAA at every turn.
Miami may now get off on a technicality.
The NCAA found a way to get the truth. It sucks that they can't get it through normal channels.
This is not our legal system. They aren't void by court laws. They should be able to move forward and say, "we screwed up and will make changed, but Miami is still guilty."
