I want to thank all who took some time out of their day to help out. Someone found the dog yesterday, and saw that she was missing somewhere, and she's been safely returned!
Thanks again, all!
Friend of mine lost his dog in Columbia. Number to contact is: 864-915-4574
She's blueish-grey with a white belly, white paws, and white tip of tail. Her name is Nova. He's willing to pay a large reward.

There's a dog amber alert site out now
Wes , what area of town? Also, if he calls either pound, City or County, don't take what they say as the gospel. He needs to go there and look for himself.
Vibes to your buddy. Hope Nova makes a safe return home. Dogs are people too.
When he gets her back he needs to take her to a vet and have a "chip" put in. Most pounds have a chip reader and will contact the owner if the animal is picked up.

Blue Pitbull missing -- $750 Reward
Hancock St. at Live Oak St.
Blueish/gray with white belly, white paws, and white tip of tail. She responds to Nova.
Unfortunately, in the area that she went missing, there is a likely hood she will be kept by whoever finds her
This is correct.
I will keep an eye out, and pray Nova makes a safe return. Hopefully, it will not take money for somebody to do the right thing.
What area of town is that?
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
Between Rosewood and the airport, near'ish Beltline.
Was she in the yard? Or did she get loose?
If she was in the yard and vanished, unfortunately she probably got stolen. Lots of beautiful pits like that get stolen and the south side of Rosewood fits the bill.
Left to right: Reed and Blondie,
Hope your buddy get her back.
My father in law lives about 3 blocks from there and he is on alert. Let us know if he finds her.
Thanks again, all!
That is FANTASTIC news! I was worried about that girl, as I worry about dogs more than most. I can't tell you how happy I am to hear that.
Again, hopefully it did not take money to return the girl to her parents, but as long as she's home, that's all that matters.
Outstanding news Wes. Thanks for the update.
Thanks for the update OP, now move this OT thread to the barnyard. TIA
