Rossi's. Great Italian, steaks, seafood, wine selection and atmosphere. Perfect for you anniversary or a romantic night out.
Greg Norman's sucks IYAM.
Drive down to Chive Blossom
Prime or Bistro 217. There is no other choice. Both are guaranteed great meals. Get the bone in Ribeye and oysters Rockefeller at Prime. Get the pan fried grouper at the Bistro. Ridiculously good.
Do not forget your sun visor and Costa's with croakie while attending Hot Fish or Wahoos.
I agree with prime and bistro 217. Two solid choices.
I like the turkey and dressing, greens and jello fruit cup with whip creme. Ice tea.

You named two and there are quite a few others.
You left out Franks, Bistro 217, Greg Norman's, Chive Blossom, and Ruth's Chris just to name 5.
Collectors and Aspen Grille are both nice places. I think there is a Divine Prime in the Commons area. For a nice upscale Mexican spot Abuelos is good.Soho is a good sushi spot tucked away. Decent atmosphere but nothing too fancy.
I forgot about the jello with whip cream. That would be a great K&W desert for an anniversary.
George Strait-Entertainer of a Lifetime
Yep, It would be best eaten in the hotel room or an anniversary night delight..
