One more scheduling thought in light of UNC/USC news...

  • As far as location, I went to the Carolina/ECU game in Charlotte and although it was fun, it wasn't the same environment as a home game in Willy-B. If we play unc in charlotte, yes its a win and recruits can see us play. But it will not be the same intimidating/exciting environment that gives us a recruiting advantage. BAW came last year and saw what a big time environment it was and was sold. That's what we want recruits to see. Not just beat UNC on a neutral field, but also the Carolina rocking stadium, with a dominating win.

I think a neutral field in Charlotte helps UNC recruiting more than us. Not much difference between a neutral field and the high school Tarhole stadium versus Willy -B Rocking to Sandstorm on National TV
