We have 7 former players invited to the 2013 NFL combine, including five who Clempson didnt think were worthy of offers: Cunningham (2-star), Taylor (3-star), TJ (3-star), Ace (3/4 star), and DJ Swearinger (3-star). On their side, they only have 3 former players invited to the combine. "Notable" taters who did NOT get an invite include overrated high school 4-stars like Brandon Ford, Dalton Freeman, Jonathan Meeks, and Tig Willard and high 3-stars like Xavier Brewer, Jaron Brown and Rashard Hall.
Are we better in evaluation, coaching, strength/conditioning, and/ or development? Or are the tater classes just overrated every year b/c of their hype machine?
All. Of the above.
That's a BIG 10-4.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
All of the above, IMO.
2012 Season stats: 143 carries, 662 yards, 11 TD's; 26 catches, 173 yards;
Praying for a full recovery, Marcus. God Bless You!
Did Freeman and Ford really not get combine invites?
Phat you really could add Alshon (Rumph didn't offer) and Rice (they never really never recruited him) to the list of bad evaluations by Clemtec from past recruiting season's. Good stuff regardless man.

Yeah I'm really surprised about Freeman.
He's talking about for this draft year.
Agree with all your reasons but I think you could add that they recruit glitter, players that will make them look good, rather than recruiting good football players.
Thanks. I made the attempt to correct the concept of moving between different points in time stemming from poor reading comprehension.

**** I'm not an insider, I just live here ****
Dude was espn pundits big board top 5 at his position pre-season. Must have fallen out of combine contention because Dabo cares so much about his players.
It just show what a difference coaching makes in comparison to a state fair clown in developing players. Long live Bozo! Five peat is on the way.
Seems like just yesterday that Tig Willard and Jaron Brown were recruits. Dang they did squat for their careers. Haha.
