You flew from major airport to major airport for $200. That is not unreasonable. Try flying from GSP to some of the Podunk places these coaches land in Florida and tell me what you pay.
He was also a Clemson fan.
sheheen did go to usc's law school, says he pulls for usc other than when they play clemson
i dont even like that, but compare to the orange skankette & i would take it in a ganges minute
Well I priced a flight from GSP to LaGuardia for the same days at $247, but I needed to go by Charlotte anyway for another reason and it made sense for me to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.
I also priced a flight from GSP to Daytona's tiny airport through Allegiant air one time for $89 roundtrip.
I get your point, I don't think Clemson should be allowed to use the state's planes for so cheap. But as long as you look around for the flights, flying is extremely cheap these days.

Elliott "Small" Fry
True, but as someone else said he went to USC Law school. I highly doubt he would have been as much of an unabashed doucebag as Hailey is.

It is unclear to me why a state entity would not be allowed to use a state asset, particularly when they pay for the privilege of using it.
Going to USC law school does not make you a Carolina fan or even less of a Carolina hater, in my experience.
Upvote for skankette and ganges minute.
This may be true. However, just from what I knew about each candidate, Sheheen seemed like much less of a douche overall. Just my opinion.
Well as the author of the bill says, the state owned planes are to be used for official business. He does not consider recruiting official business. I concur. In fact, I think all college athletics should be banned from using the planes at all. Draw a line and make Clemson buy a second plane to use for recruiting.
No one in the athletics departments for any university should be allowed to use the planes in my opinion. If a school president or professor, is unable to secure the university's own plane(s) then they could be allowed to use the plane as long as it deals with state's business. Only my opinion of course.
I need your help finding charlotte to marsh harbor flights. The prices in April are nuts for some reason.....at least according to travelocity, priceline, etc.
The rug really tied the room together, did it not?
One article said the plane deadheaded both ways. Sorry, I didn't save it.
anybody know where i can get a stinger missile & the flight patterns?
According the liberal news media, your most recent gun and knife show should have atleast one of those.
$3,000 for the average reimbursement per flight seems very unreasonable. The pilots must dead head from Columbia to the Clemsux area, depart for the destination, return from the destination and dead head back to Columbia, That is four takeoffs and landings, fuel, pilots salaries and aircraft usage costs per hour. No way $3,000 covers these trips. Our Governor is allowing this scam to take place. Throw her out next election!
Also, Datboy the Clown make the observation to the recruits that he is seeking that the Governor of South Carolina allowed me to use this plane just so I could come and visit you. The Governor in sync with Datboy makes an unfair advantage for Clemsux.
There have been plenty of past governors that were Carolina grads. I can't remember any of them promoting Carolina over CU the way Haley does. Campbell went to both teams' bowl games and did everything possible to be neutral.
Sounds to me like some sort of violation, think about it, we got hit for discounted hotel rooms...boom, the hammer comes down.
If that were us, the NCAA would be spending many nights in Columbia, followed up with all kinds of crap.
They should be made to pay full price, and lose some scholarships too. It's an obvious benefit given by our so called Governor to her school...sorry...not allowed. clemson would be crying FOUL if USC were getting such benefits if the Gov. were a Gamecock Fan.
Gamecock fans need to raise a stink...a REALLY BIG STINK!

it is ok, obama is sending me a drone
I'm surprised Nikki can get her wide ass on that little plane
If it cost more for Clemson to rent the state plan than it would to fly their own, they wouldn't be renting the state plane.
I have no idea how many tax payer dollars were needed to make up the difference in their use/price. I can assure you there was some though.
