Patrick Grant claims his University and his coach failed to live up to their end of the bargain.
Even reading the article, which is his side of the story, it sounds like the kid is most likely deserving of a majority of responsibility and doesn't like his current situation in life.
Sounds like bull to me. Revoked a medical hardship scholarship?
You really should fix your name imo.
It comes from being aware of human behavior. The innocent tend to speak up immediately or live with their personal struggles, as opposed to bringing them up in a lawsuit 2 years later.
This should be easy to prove or disprove. If he was asked to lie and his medical reports show he did lie, and if the players were kicked off the team right at that time, then he's probably not lying about that.
The hardest thing will be to prove he was promised medical hardship. While he's probably not lying, he could be, so he'll need to show further proof than he said she said.
Seems to me the easy way and much less expensive way is just let the kid get a free education unless he did something really bad not to deserve it...
I don't think that's an enforceable contract.
It's not too clear to me as to the issue with the name but I might suggest increasing the size of the avatar. The avatar says, "warning beware of the big cock" yet when it's clicked on it's hardly noticeable.
Nothing personal, as I'm sure it was a Costanza moment - "I was in the pool!"
(Of course the mandatory No Homo advisory is implied)
This is pretty sick. Strong pulled his scholarship to make more room.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
Very Urban-ish of Strong if true.
