Like my college professor said, "flunk with dignity".
Martinez has the same mentality we used to have when we would lose to UGA or Clemson due to a freak play or bad call. The problem is that the game was played and only could have turned out the way it happened. The breaks are made by players in real time and nothing can change that other than getting better as a team both physically and mentally. We used to be the weak ones that looked for excuses when we lost to better teams. We have now evolved to simply being the better team.

I looked it up...That is hilarious!. Good call TX
interestingly enough, I don't see a word about it on the nebraska 247 site.

**** I'm not an insider, I just live here ****
Like Boyd said about us, "like qb, like coach" a real pair of dumbasses!
I really don't care what Martinez or Watkins have to say about the games. Sure they had chances to make plays, if Watkins doesn't drop a sure TD pass, or if the Husker RB doesn't fumble who knows what could have happened, and also who cares. They didn't make the plays. It doesn't matter if the hail mary has never happened before or never happens again, it happened when it mattered. His DB lost Alshon, got caught out of position and we took the lead. UN had a lead, CU came back and tied the game, both teams had momentum on their side but couldn't hold it. That's how it goes, but guys that win like children lose like children.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubble gum.
We dominated the line of scrimmage in both games. It wouldn't matter if Nebraska had Taylor Swift or Taylor Martinez at QB (probably the same arm though). Same results if we played either team ten more times.
I hope Neb is as good as "they think" they are. Also hope they have a nice season. This way, may be, we can play them again in a big time bowl game. Then after the 2nd straight ass whipping, may be Bo will STFU. Just sayin.
Pix of a Passer/King angelfish (saltwater). Got him as a 1.5inch baby. Now, 12 years later, 14inch adult.
daBO PELswinney! thinks they are related!
In fairness, Martinez may still be a bit disoriented as he tries to get the football that Allen jammed into his earhole out of his helmet.
When I was younger, I had a bumper sticker that said, "If I owned Hell & Clemson, I would rent out Clemson and live in Hell"
The Taters of the BigSlowTen.
"You’re either a block-gobbler, a farmer, or you’re a damn hunter and playmaker."
"T" Magic...lmao...only thing magical about that dude is that he has a D-1 scholarship to play qb.
