There was a hold and an offensive pass int. Glad there was a no call. Bet you weren't saying all this 2 weeks ago when the same thing happened in Atlanta. The better team won.
true, but like in most contests the refs usually swallow the whistle near the end of a game
You mean the one where the DB had his hands on Crabtree as Crabtree pushed off and grabbed the DB's helmet? That one?
No they let the ravens play and obviously u can't see that! The whole damn game was one sides and I don't normally care... Look at it ad if Carolina was playing and answer the question would u still say they let both teams play? Crabtree was bear hugged in the endzone that's a flag all day everyday just not in the Super Bowl unreal ! This was obviously a ray Lewis good buy story "$$$ that murder and the nfl refs !
Garnet I Bleed
Yea the one where his hands were hugging him.
It was a clear hold
Yeah that one !! He had to try and make a catch when a guy was draped all over him of course it would look like pass inter he had to because he was being mugged !!! Get real and be unbiased
And the one dumb commentator said you have to let them play. Do you let them play like that in the regular season?
San Fran shouldn't have even been there. If the Crabtree play was a penalty, the Atlanta play was a penalty. Refs don't make calls at the end of the game because you have the Ohio state - Miami crap happen. Good no call, and without the lights going off it was going to be a beatdown. Again, the better team won. End of story. Stop the crying.
Keep hoping that Atlanta actually makes it there one day. Poop in the other...let me know which fills up first
I don't care who won. Didnt have a rooting interest either way. The refs let both teams maul one another all night. On the last pass to Crabtree he initiated the contact and had his hand on the DBs helmet just as much as the DB was grabbing him. The refs swallowed their whistles the whole night. But if it makes you feel better to blame the refs for costing SF the game, have at it.
seriously! I have not seen a more one sided Super Bowl.... I stand by my comment that this. Was a ray lewis good by story.... That was holding all day everyday and to the guy who said well Crabtree grab his face mask maybe that was because the other guy was dry humping him in the end zone and he had. No choice! Like cully said I don't do that sweet stuff bro.... Get real that was ridicules!!!!! If we played football like u think is legal it would intake shanks and knifes
Haha. Glad Atlanta didn't make it, just pointing out your bias in this conversation.
Atlanta or Carolina.....either will do. Keep hoping
He had him hugged. The only way to get out of that hold is push off. He had both arms wrapped all the way around Crabtree and he was doing all he could to get out.
The announcer was killing me. He said "good no call, Crabtree has got to make a play despite the hold" (not sure how that's possible). Then he made a comment about Crabtree pushing back (the only way he could've "made a play" while being held like that). Guy sounded dumb talking out of both sides of his mouth.
Agreed. They need to let that play go in the regular season from now on too. No more holding or PI
Did they swallow it on Cully's PI call? No. You have to make the same call you would have made in the 2nd quarter of week 3. They didnt do that.
Thank you sir!!!!
Heck, I'm a SF fan and I'll admit we honestly probably didn't deserve to win with the way we played majority of the night. Still doesn't change the fact that holding has to be called on that play.
Nope neither. Have a good one though. Go Cocks.
Question how much was the spread tonight?
4.5 sf .... The game was rig! The niners play awful and still should. Have won
The funny thing is I had just got out of my mouth that if it came down to something like that SF would not get a call
Maybe we should break out the Zapruder film and see if Goodell and Lewis can be seen together.
