then wideman, pringle, poona ford etc
would rather have room for the in-state talent
Wow. Thought we would land him for sure. South Florida .... really?!?
it is crazy the amount of recruits we have been turned down by the last few months
Appears to be true.
His first choice.A brand new coaching staff.Heck who is their coach ? Well we have about 10 days for that trickle down effect, and we can get this recruiting season over.
WOW! Hope this means were getting Bryant.
David Reaves on staff at USF
JC said last week he heard it was either going to be USF or USC for Senat. Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think Senat's decision has anything to do with Bryant right now.
Wow losing a kid to a big east school stings.
The less we get this year, the more we take next year.
It's a home state school.
Sometimes kids actually want their parents to come see them play, at an easier price, no matter what the school's reputation or past record is.
Some kids have handlers, and go to the highest bidder, regardless of where the school is.
With the season we are going to have next year, we will need the spaces. It is not like we have not recruited well in the last couple of years. None of these people we are recruiting now are essential to our success in the short run. We will , I am sure position ourself to get the really good ones next year.I would rather we have 20 signees next year that are high quality than fill up this year with limited space for 2014. With normal attrition, we may even be able to sign 22 next year. Keep the faith fellas, we are better off now than we have ever been before. We have waited for what seems forever for a time when we know that we can compete with anybody and that time is now.
I will go on the record saying that all these prospects that we are concerned about now that choose to go elsewhere will be sitting at home in front of their TV watching us compete at a higher level than they will ever achieve.
