He seems to have awesome ball skills and is a great compliment to Ace, Bruce, and Byrd to be on the field, but simply wondering what is the staff looking for him to improve to maximize his playing time and become the great receiver everyone knows, he can be? Does anyone know? or is it still unclear? I'm not saying he isn't great, just inquisitive on his situation. In no way am I saying he is not panning out, there is indeed still a bright future for Roland. Thanks!
Only things Shaq needs to work on is his knowledge of the playbook and getting in the weight room. Fans put unrealistic expectations on him,out of the gates. He is not Alshon or Rice. Next year will be his year to shine. If he does nothing next year then maybe we should be concerned.
he was a great in high school. Hands seem to harden up in front of 80,000. Any thing else is just somebody's guess
Thats definitely what I was speculating, I'm pretty sure he will be a great SC WR.
2 words: Weight Room
FWIW its been said by some of the staff and others he needs to get more comfortable, and needs to play without thinking so much. with that being said, pretty sure some extra trips to the weight room couldn't hurt either.
That should come in due time. He just needs to catch a few balls and get his confidence.
He is anorexic skinny. Just needs to get comfortable, and put on some strength.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
There aren't many receivers that come into college their first year and dominate. Even Sidney was a redshirt freshman before he started dominating. Alshon, due to his size and leaping ability, could push CB's around like they were rag dolls. Roland will be fine, just needs to gain some weight and keeping learning the playbook.
Sidney Rice didn't redshirt due to talent. He was injured.
Spurrier...I appreciate him plenty
Actually, there are quite a few every single year that come in and dominate. Not a knock on Roland, but it happens every year. I think he'll breakout next year.
IS HE MOTIVATED?
