"We've got some work to do with our wide receivers"
"You’re either a block-gobbler, a farmer, or you’re a damn hunter and playmaker."
Berrios will solve all our problems.
Spurrier...I appreciate him plenty
Maybe Shawn can coach the Wr's. Bring that nastiness of the OL to the WR's.
I'm sorry did I miss where or OL has become dominant or our run game minus Latti? I'm an Elliot fan, but shouldn't we wait till we have a result before crowning him.
Bit of sarcasm, BigAcLu has in fact crowned Elliott. Actually, I am big fan of Elliott, but if you are a bottom of the line, results guy like AcLu one can't be random.
I have wondered if SOS hiring SOSJR was a good move or SOS was giving his son a chance. I think its okay to give your kids a chance when you can but if the results are not showing they should part ways. It seems lately we have talked about how much the receiver under perform. Maybe there are not any better WR coaches out there right now. Who knows. And don't even bring up Alshon or Sidney as products of SOSJR because they both caught everything thrown their way in high school just like college.
Somebody needs a new schtick.
So, again, he gets no credit for the good receivers, and all the blame for the bad ones. Sound fair?
Those are the rules, yes and they are well defined. The record breakers junior has coached don't count. It matters not that using that logic every coach in the history of the game sucks.
I was typing when you dropped the broken record on them. I cosign, and hereby retire from this thread.
Lord, have mercy!
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
Is Lattimore a product of Graham or Sands?
If Jeff Scott or Dabo the guru behind all the recent NFL Clemson guys, plus Nuke and Sammy?
Brandon looked pretty damn good racking up 100 yard games last year without Marcus.
I get your point about this year though.
As for JR, this is the first Year we dont have a record setter at WR. He's had one at every school he's ever coached. Probably blind ass luck though

Talent and Morris could explain the two Clem WRs.. Also, Dabo is not a terrible WR coach. Just a dumbass for a head coach.
How many record holders does JR have to coach before it becomes apparent he is at least not a bad WR coach? Clayton, rice, McKinley, and Alshon all held records at their schools at one point. If he only had one,
I could see your point. He's had at least four.
Your Marcus and Sammy references work if it were just looking at Sid and Alshon. It doesn't when you add in Clayton and McKinley. Neither was a physically dominant player.
