I doubt holding will be called on LSU all night. And with the spotlight square on Jadaveon Clowney I expect the ESPN announcers to call out the SEC's long time favoritism towards the "good ole boy" teams in the SEC.
Those calls go both ways. As Coach said tonight, "they don't call holding much anymore, but they don't call it when our guys hold either". Hope his comment puts an end to the holding threads that seem to follow every game!

The Gamecocks are the SEC's media darlings now, along with Florida. LSU is old news.
So I fully expect the refs to go in the tank for us Saturday night.
maybe you'll get hit by a car this weekend, or get stabbed by your junkie......then you'll have something real to whine about.
We have much more to worry about from the refs than holding calls.

Wow, didn't mean to offend you tonight. I assume you are either a referee, have AIDS or both. My bad
Wait...stevecook has his own junkie? How does one go about getting a personal junkie?
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
I have some people who follow me around. That guy was confused. They are flunkies.

There used to be an old YouTube video from a few years ago, LSU Dirty Boxing or some such... showed just how dirty they played against us in Death Valley.
I remember Kenny was in it... maybe Syvelle... but I can't find it on YouTube.
Anyways, it's worth watching if you can find it.
I'll be yo huckleberry...
I have looked all over for it, but I can't find it. The only reference I found showed that the YouTube account was removed for copyright infringement.
But what it did show: our receiver (Syvelle or McKinley?) being speared to the back of the head by an LSU player AFTER he was down and right in front of a ref. No call, should have been an ejection. IIRC he was knocked out and had to sit out the next game. It showed the ref moving a ball back a yard and a half so we wouldn't make a first down. It showed LSU jumping offsides, hitting our O-line which never moved ... and we got called for a false start.
And it showed our QB nearly got his head ripped off on an egregious facemask which should have resulted in an ejection but didn't.
There were 4 or 5 other examples in that one video. Wish I could find it.
People only remember the trick FG. It was the dirtiest game I've ever seen us subjected to, and I don't expect any better from LSU or the refs on Saturday.
The next year we were supposed to get some payback, and this time the refs just decided not to hide it any more and tackled our QB.
Glad somebody remembered what I was talking about... dirty indeed.
