Start the Monorail at the Horshoe, than take it all the way to the stadium, Disney World Style. It could make 2 or 3 stops at say, The Russle House, Bates Dorms and the Strom Thurmond building. Then it would loop around the stadium and drop off by the Cockaboozes. You could have the cheerleaders and Cocky on the monorail pumping people up. It might help bridge the gap between the stadium and campus. I know a lot of people have a problem with having our stadium off campus in a warehouse district. I don't, but some people do. STudents could use the monorail to go to class. Seems like an awesome idea.

Could the choaches ride on the monorail?
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
Also, could you sing the alma mater on the monorail, even though it is not technically part of the campus?
You mean chatches? Sure opposing fans can ride.
I don't see why not. What a silly question.
I think this is an excellent idea. Can we have a VIP room style coach? I gotta get my Harlem shake on; naw mean?
Probably only cost a billion dollars or so. We could sell some bricks with donor's names to pay for it.
A billion? Deer Gawd get ahold yourself man. It's like a mile or two of train tracks. I didn't say we wee installing Star Trek style transporters Although that would be awesome.
make it a bullet train, charge admission. up to 150 mph from russle house to stadium. several g's
Not bad idea; personally, I would love to add escalators added at four corners of top deck. Biggest group is baby boomers (1946-64) would benefit them.
When I was younger, I had a bumper sticker that said, "If I owned Hell & Clemson, I would rent out Clemson and live in Hell"
Hey, who are you calling "old"?
Instead of a monorail how about a "Cocky Railroad" and like you said have it run from on campus down to the stadium. Would be one of the more unique experiences in all of college
Come on, all we need is those moving sidewalks like at the airport.....would be hiliarous to see drunk idiots miss the part where you're suppose to start walking again.

I believe you meant to say "Rustle House"
About $80 million a mile, Einstein.
This is something I've thought about before, but the cost involved would be enormous. Existing roads, buildings, etc. would force it to be elevated. That's expensive. You would also have a ton of utility work to power it and relocate lines. A billion is certainly an exaggeration, but I promise you it would be tens of millions if not a hundred or more.
I talk to an engineer everyday too. In the mirror. He thinks its a ridiculous idea.
I say make it a moving Cockaboose train. There is almost enough track already. I couldn't imagine it being out of the realm of possibility.
You mean the CSX tracks?
LoL good luck with those guys!
I vote for ricshaws.
My vote is for a zip line
From the state Capitol dome? That just might work......
YESSSS! And then we could put the palmetto tree below it and hang the crescent from the zip line! It would look like it was floating!
"I used to walk up a hill to and from school in my days", says every Clemson student ever.
