JC thinks so
Corey also can say that's a personal family matter we hope to hash out with the coaches and drop it. Not go on a 15 minute tirade.
"Those who live in the past are cowards and losers" -- Mike Ditka
JC, you watched this film and think he is the #4 OLB in the country?
I'm not an expert and I haven't watch highlight tapes of every OLB in the country but if this is what a top 5 OLB looks like, it must be a weak class this year. That is not to say this kid may not be a great player one day but ranking him the #4 OLB in the entire country is a huge stretch.
Essentially what 247 is saying is that Miller is a better OLB prospect than Daniel McMillian, Larenz Bryant, Kendall Beckwith, Mike Mitchell and Dorian O'Daniel from the 2013 class. I'm not sure I buy that.

Nick Saban and Will Muschamp putting the full court press on this kid isnt indication enough?
Is it a full court press? Would they take his commitment right now?
Out of state schools throw out offers to out of state kids like candy. We do the same thing.
That doesn't mean he could commit to either school right now as they may have guys higher on their board. I don't have this answer and I'm sure you don't either.
Also. Scout has him the number #47 player overall in the country I believe, #3 OLB, and Rivals has him #4 OLB IIRC.
But I'll go with you and Kirk Botkin
Not really, both have missed on a lot of players. They are at Florida and Bama, so maybe just maybe the schools allow them to pull in so many 4 stars that its ok to miss.
Rivals has him listed as what?
It is really odd that you found position rankings on RIVALS for the 2014 class.
He must be the only player ranked position wise for them.
Or did you go through the entire database and come up with that ranking?

After watching that I agree with you. I also think he's a DE in our scheme. I don't see him as a LB and as someone who has been critical of Botkin i think hes got this one right. He's very good off the edge but I don't think he's as good in space as Bryant or Moore from our new class.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
Dude, don't get your panties in a wad. I looked this stuff up a few days ago, and qualified my post by saying I was going on recollection. That's not "lies." Get someone with English as a first language to translate my posts for you, or better yet ignore me.
Pretty sure my Scout numbers and 24/7 are right on board. Anyway it comes down to what JC said last night, to paraphrase, you have him, Saban and Muschamp with one opinion, Kirk Botkin with another.
BTW, since Rivals seems to matter so much to you, they had Larenz Bryant at a 5.9 out of 6.1, the same ranking as Miller. Kelsey Griffin's the only other signee we had this year, I CAN FIND, who was that high. If I'm again missing something, please edificate me.
Saban runs a 3-4, and Fla runs a 3-4 much of the time. Both of those defenses have 4 LB's, and they use their OLB's to rush off of the edge. Miller is perfect for that.
We have 2 lb, those two coaches have 4. Our lb's need to be stout run stoppers who can play with leverage and be stout in the belly of the beast.
Saying we should offer him because a school that runs a 3-4 offers him is like saying we should offer a QB because Paul Johnson at GTech offered him.
Would someone that has access to Spur Jr. find out if Miller was invited to junior day I think he was invited.
JC said last night he wasn't. Of course, what does he know compared to you.
I heard Corey Miller say right after their trip to Alabama that Saban indicated that an offer from them would be coming soon. I don't know how a school could "full court press" without a commitable offer on the table. Maybe that has changed in the past few days, but the point remains the same.
