Normally I'd say Florida, but their fans were absolutely insufferable Saturday in the Swamp. Not to mention, another SECCG appearance would keep Richt around a little longer. GO DAWGS in this one.
No brainier, Florida. At least they have earned it... The SEC tried to hand UGAy the east this year and it makes me sick.
I don't know if I can handle beating Georgia 2 years in a row only to have them playing in Atlanta. Florida might as well go undefeated and get dismantled in Atlanta.

No way I could pull for UGA. No way. But then I live here, so...
The rug really tied the room together, did it not?
Florida.....I live in Georgia and I think Florida is the best team in the East. Didn't say best defensive team.....
As a South Carolina fan, we should pull for Georgia and that is very tough because they do not deserve any chance to make it to Atlanta. There are upsets every November and Georgia still plays Ole Miss and Auburn (which will win a game in conference before the year ends) while Florida still plays Mizzou (which would not be surprising to see them win one upset game). The East is most likely gone, but if UF loses 2 more and UGA loses one more, then we should be in Atlanta and would be Top 10 when we get there. It dont feel likely, but stranger things happen every year and we dont need an undefeated or 1 loss team in the East, much less 2 teams with one loss or less.
I don't really care who wins honestly. I'm not convinced that either team is very good or that either team is better than we are for that matter. Sitting here right now I'd like our chances against either of them on a neutral field. It is amazing how a few stupid plays on the road in the SEC can snowball on a team. I guess I'll pull for Florida since I'd hate for UGA to waltz into Atlanta again with another softball schedule. I'm just crushed honestly that we haven't played to our potential the last two weeks.

Florida fans had a right to talk junk. Our O and ST's looked pathetic out there and as a result we got embarrassed on national tv. As for the east, it honestly doesn't matter whether its UGA or Florida to me. Bottom line, we need to get to where UF and UGA fans are having this type discussion about us on their boards going into November.
"Never look down on anyone unless you're helping them up."
Uh, elcid, um, we, uhh, beat jawja already. So I don't think anyone thinks jawja is better than us.
I'm with Bateman on this one. I am not used to saying that, it felt weird. Right now, I cannot get Muschamp's stupid looking face out of my head, and I hate him.
I will not say 'go dawgs', or anything stupid like that. I will just be pulling for Fla to lose, not for jawja to win. God, I hate jawja.
Fla has an elite defense, and will smoke jawja, though.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
it's nauseating that I even have to contemplate this question.
Uf. No brainer.
You almost convinced me to pull for Georgia until I read your last sentence. We don't need two one-loss teams in the East.
That says we should root for Georgia to lose. If they win over Florida, the chance of both of them finishing the season as one-loss team is much higher than both of them lose another SEC game.
No kidding? My point was only that for the second straight year I believe we have a team that should be in Atlanta and they won't be.
Their fans were great to us. You must have really showed your fanny.
I'll say UF because we recruit head to head with UGA a lot more and I want their program in tumoil. Also, if UGA wins the East it would just make our division look like a joke.
I hate both of them a lot.
Not really. Just the normal yelling "cheaters" after every penalty against UF, started a "Muschamp sucks" pregame chant, etc.
My brother and I got a bunch of trash talk walking out of the stadium and to my truck and never said a word to anyone. Alot of "Hey coot, you know what the score is in there?" (only time I've heard "coot" anywhere but Clemzin) and crap like that trying to bait us into a confrontation. We just kept walking. It's unnecessary and I've never done that to an opposing fan leaving WB but I didn't see anything too bad.
I was at the Swamp and did not talk crap to anyone.I stayed to the end and was one of five
Gamecocks fans walking out to go back to the buses.I have never seen so many young punk thugs after a game. A group of 7 or 8 followed me out of the game and for 20 minutes talked crap and got in my face saying all kinds of trash.Once they knocked the cap off an 80 year old man who was walking in front of me I had enough and I turned around and gave them hell and I was ready to knock them out. I will say if I ever saw that at WB I would call the police myself that was classless and really deserving of a butt cutting.
The older fans for the most part where very nice and helpful but some of the younger students thugs whatever were awful and I saw this during the game and afterwards.
I have talked my share crap in my youth and but I can tell you I have never done anything like that and when we beat somebody like they beat us why do you need to say again.
