Season opener: I know it's still months away, but still curious what's everyone's thoughts are for this game. The Tar holes may be improving somewhat under Fedora, but we have way more talent across the board. I say:
Carolina 42, UDC 14.
We will hold them too under 200 yards.
They will bring up their basketball tradition.

Clowney 3 sacks.....Sutton 2 sacks............rabbits runnin wild!!!
We will win but It's going to be a 31-20 or 28- 21 type game, IMO. They always recruit well and will have some talent.

Game will be to close for comfort. We never perform extremely well in openers under spurrier though we usually win.

Don't say "never." We blew out Larry Fedora's Southern Miss team in the opener a few years ago.

Agree and coupled with the fact that all SEC teams have a target on their back. Losing Bernard to the draft was a big blow for them as he was a major weapon in the running, passing and return game.
The rug really tied the room together, did it not?
I think it will be close in the first half. After half time we should get everything clicking. There defense was horrible last year. And lost a lot of starters. I look fwd to beating north Carolina.
Been waiting for this game for a few years.
I think we win, but I'm just posting to tell you I like your posted picture. Huge Flaming Lips fan and new album drops April 16th. I'll be at Heritage Park in Simpsonville, SC July 12th to see them. They'll be in Atlanta May 2nd if that's not too far for you down in Florida. I've seen them a few times already and they put on a great show.
