According to dabo it is a domination. So, this year, the domination of UGA over the taters resumes. As the build up for the new season begins, never let the notion of a rivalry being renewed go unchallenged. Leave the double standards to politics.
Great point! Take a look them vs the other SEC teams and against GT (especially while they were in the SEC until 1963). More of the same!
Ga Tech leads Clemson 55-27-4
Fear the Fish
You know the hype will be at an all time high come August. Every source from ESPN on down will be pimping the renewal of that series as a rivalry. It will be the first best chance to pimp the acc. According to their choach and his own definition, it's a domination.
If UGA goes up there and piddles around and loses....I'm going to be some kind of pissed.
You and me both. This is the only time I ever pull for UGAy.
at first I thought pull for UGA for obvious reasons (clemson, sec vs acc) but as we are now the 2nd game for UGA again and we have to travel to Athens I don't know how much we really want UGA to win and have a lot of confidence going into our game. I think I'd rather them lose a close game to Clemson so they're mentally broken before our game and not riding the confidence train going into our game. I may change this opinion next week but that's what I'm thinking right now.
Honestly, I hope the stadium collapses on both teams, but that isn't very nice.
It is too early to comment. Let's see how Spring ball and the pre-season practices go and then I will comment. Suffice it to say for now that I have never in my life pulled for Clemsux to win anything.
