A winless basketball and baseball season for a BCS National Championship?
Making bets and cashing checks
I would give both our baseball and basketball programs the death penalty, and slap an old woman for a BCS National Championship.
YES!! In a minute. Think about it we would not be giving up much on our basketball side and we already have 2 baseball national championships, everybody has a down year. Heck yeah, bring the BCS to Columbia.
Interesting question.....For one season and a BCS championship I could be talked into it...However the championship would have to be on the up and up...NO CHEATING...Hell clemtech cheated for their championship and everyone knows it and I would not want to be known as a cheater
Yes. A million times over
Only if after that one season everything came back to normal.
You can't see! I can't see! All that matters is can the f*&%ing horse see! That's a raid!
I would go with no. The damage it would do to both the basketball and baseball programs would take years to overcome imo. I want to be an athletic dept not a football school. Then we would be like VA Tech where they put all resources into one program. Down vote me if you want
Go! Fight! Win! Kick Ass!
Fame is fleeting...
Do I really care about a BCS title? Not really. I do care about an SEC Championship, but we are getting closer to it every year and have success on the diamond as well.
Why would I care to destroy the other programs so I could win one football title and turn into a bunch of Clemson fans who refuse to admit they sold their soul to get it, and are still talking like it makes them relevant 30 years later.
Not me. The ride to the top is the best part, and we're in the midst of that now. Enjoying every small step, a year at a time.
No. Maybe I would have said yes 5 years ago, but we are too close now on our own without having to sacrifice other sports.
The rug really tied the room together, did it not?
In a word, yes.
I'd sacrifice everything above plus my left nut.
No. Basketball is my favorite sport.

I would go winless for a decade in all sports for a Title.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Switching gears a bit here, but would you rather have a Natty or 30 straight losses over clemson, or no natty and 30 straight wins over clemson?
I would happily trade both of our baseball championships for a BCS championship.
I would take 10 winless seasons in both for a BCS football championship.
