With all do respectful...no be doesn't. The only thing he wins is fooling a fan base into forgetting domination by a rival, a championship that is meaningless and a bcs beatdown. Those idiots believe that star rankings mean more than all of that.

How in the world does ESPN have them at #9, and 247 has them at #22? are they looking at the same 'cruits?

Just looking at the ESPN top 150 the difference seems to be the function of 3 pretty vast player ratings...
-Jay Guillermo and Destafano are rated in the top 150 and 4 stars, whereas here they are mid level 3 stars
-Travis Blanks is rated 15 overall and here is 203.
Clearly Blanks is clearly a good prospect, so they are just higher on him than 247. I know nothing about Guillermo really, but having Destafano that high makes me think ESPN has no effing clue what they are doing.

ESPN has Guillermo as the #1 center in the country even though he only has offers from Clempson and Miami. Their #2 center, Ty Darlington, has 28 offers including Oklahoma (signed), Auburn, FSU, GT, Iowa, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, South Carolina, and VT. Which one do you think is more than likely the better player? Guillermo is down between the #8 and #13 center on 247, Rivals, and Scout. I guess his uncle works for ESPN or something.
