Do people who stand up at games ruin it for everyone else?

  • From now on I will wear nothing but sir sucker pants. That goes for games, work, casual, sleeping, etc.

  • No. I gotta stand up. I'm on the front row. Maybe with the new screen I could sit more. But I like standing. I don't even sit down when I'm watching at home. Too much nervousness.

And I'll wear a jersey, a mascot costume, or any other goofy think I want to wear because I don't give a damn.

Also not a fan of the tshirts that have past scores on them or fear the fish shirts. I think they shouldn't have made a shirt that is a clubhouse theme. Seems inside jokes etc that the players come up with should be just for them and not the fans. Doubt anyone agrees with that though.

  • I essentially dress like a bum every single day regardless of the occasion. I wear a t shirt and shorts/sweatpants to every game.

  • I am a senior with some leg issues but i still get up on k\o, third downs, and any plays that are TD serious. The problem with a stander for the whole game is the blocking of other people's view. There is one guy in my section that stands all the time and he is on the first row of seats,i sit at an angle from him and if the ball is on the north side of field he can block the view of at least 20-25 yrds. of the field. I cannot stand the entire game and there are many others in my section that have problems. Why not stand for the real important plays, such as third-fourth down plays that impact the game.

I understand what you are saying, but a crowd standing and shouting the entire game is a completely different environment than one tha sits for the majority. What you suggest is more like a unc crowd. IMO that's not as impactful. I'm good either way, but do think the standing crowd is a more impressive environment. Louder, more active (bouncing, shouting, towl waving), which is tougher to do seated.

I really don't get the jersey wearing comments people make on this board. What is so wrong with wearing a jersey? There was no better point in time last season when I was wearing my Clowney jersey in Athens in the middle of Bulldog section lower level on the 50 and standing up for all to see when he three Erin Murray down like a rag doll and MI6 ran it in.

I think our fan base hates jerseys because for a long time we didn't have players jerseys worth buying/wearing. Now Clowney and Lattimore jerseys couldn't be bought fast enough and that's what's exciting to see. Jerseys are completely fine by me

its not the jersey wearing we mind, its the child like attitude and behavior that goes with it.
