Palmetto Proving Grounds

My son told me that he might be thinking about bout to Moo U. I told him he can pay for it and do not expect me to miss a Gamecock game to go and watch that crap that goes on in the upstate...he asked when would I see him...I guess thanksgiving and Christmas was my answer......But he has seen the light and wants to follow in his grandfathers, mothers, fathers, aunts steps...

My Dads side of the family are all Gamecocks and my Moms side of the family are all Tigers. My Mom saw the light many years ago and is now a big Gamecock fan. They rarely missed a home game up till a couple of years ago when my Dad died. At family reunions there were Uncles that wouldn't even talk to you if the Gamecocks had won that year.
A few years back I had a first cousin that played for and started at Clemson. I would pull for him to do well but I could never pull for Clemson to do well.
