South Carolina hasn't been able to put Clemson away yet. It's 49-35 with 7:40 remaining. The next couple of minutes will dictate how nervy the final few minutes will be. A little run and the Gamecocks could put this game to rest. A little run for Clemson and the last few minutes may be a little bit more tense than planned. South Carolina is 0-for-11 from the three-point line. Most of the shots haven't even been real close.

Gamecocks up 59-39 with just under 4 minutes remaining in the game. South Carolina has taken control and didn't allow any sort of run from the Tigers. This should be pretty academic from here as Dawn Staley's club looks to win its third straight in the rivalry.
South Carolina polished off the victory without making a single shot from behind the three-point arc. The game was never really all that close but Clemson was able to keep it within shouting distance most of the way until the very end. I don't see a whole lot of women's basketball games but I doubt that Dawn Staley will be completely thrilled. Happy with the win, I'm sure, but I don't think she'll be very happy with how her team played.
At first glance I thought this thread was a prediction for the football score.
Last I saw was the typo showing Clemson up 31-18 at half. I was prepared to be hugely impressed reading about a record second half comeback when I clicked on this after reading final score headline, lol.
