'good feet' is my favorite.

'sudden' seems to be the new 'it' phrase.

Found this online...thought it was spot on for this thread.

DBs:
"Has A Short Memory" - Can get burned for three consecutive TDs and will still think he's the best CB the league has ever seen.

"Big Hitter" - Will hit a ball carrier as hard as he can, often without ever wrapping him up with his arms - i.e., all shoulder pads. Because of this, may be prone to missing tackles as well.

"Cover 2 Corner" - Too small to play Safety, too slow to play man coverage.

"Is better the closer he is to the Line of Scrimmage", "Plays like a 4th LB" - A safety that is useless in coverage, but is too small to play LB.

LBs:
"Has trouble shedding blocks" - likes to run around, and is useless if anyone gets a block on him.

"Instinctive" - Likes to guess and will often overpursue.

DLs:
"Two down run stopper" - Big, slow D-linemen that have no pass rushing skills whatsoever.

"Pass rush specialist" - Quick, undersized player that gets ground into the dirt on running plays.

"Needs to add more moves to his pass rushing repetoire" - Has two pass rush moves - a bull rush, and running wide to the outside.

"Conditioning is questionable" - Looks good on first down, in the first quarter, but other than that, he's useless - see "two down run stopper".

OLs:
"Has a Mean Streak" - is really good at playing dirty.

"Blue collar attitude" - athletically limited.

"May have success in the right blocking scheme" - Undersized, athletic, often weak O-lineman who will only work in a Zone Blocking Scheme.

TEs:
"Blocking needs work" - Every TE prospect since 1995... except Jim Kleinsasser .

"Won't stretch a defense vertically" - slow.

WRs:
"Runs sloppy routes" - Knows only the 'Go' route.

"Loses concentration" - Will drop the ball at the worst time possible.

"Red zone target" - Tall, slow WR who's only asset is being able to jump over 5'-10" CBs.

"Lackidaisical attitude" - Doesn't run downfield on running plays.

RBs:
"Between the tackles runner" - Can't outrun LBs.

"3rd Down Specialist" - Small RB that will fall to the ground if a DT breathes on him hard.

"Dances in the backfield too much" - Is always looking for the big play, because he thinks he's the second coming of Barry Sanders.

"A terror in the open field" - Flashy, speedy back that will never see the open field because he can't through the line of scrimmage.

"The best RB prospect in a decade" - Except for that guy who was drafted high a year or two ago, and that other guy that will be drafted next year.

QBs:
"Awkward throwing motion" - Will make you wonder if the guy has any ligaments left in his arm after seeing him throw the ball.

"Stares down his targets" - will watch one receiver from the line of scrimmage to 60 yards downfield without realizing other players are eligible.

"Gunslinger mentality" - Will throw interceptions... A lot of them. Often into double, triple, and quadruple coverage.

"Vocal leader" - will scream at his WRs for running the wrong route for every incompletion and interception he throws.

"Intangibles" - The scout couldn't identify anymore useful attributes, and needed to find some way to create filler in his breakdown.

"Could fit well in the West Coast Offense" - can't throw the ball much over 40 yards.

I've always liked "plays on a different level" or "turns it up a notch".
