he was probably taking some pre workout supplement...ive taken that before playing a sport and it can make you puke and feel pretty bad....it's good for hitting the weight room but when you are out there running around it can make you feel pretty dehydrated...that would be my guess as to what happened anyway

It was a vitamin C pill. It was really sour, and made me queezy for a couple of hours, then I threw up. I kept burping up really sour bubbles, which is probably too much info, but it did happen. I will never forget that.

I bought a multivitamin specifically for men several years ago. i only took it twice. Both times I was in the bathroom for a half hour with a terrible stomach ache. I threw the vitamins in the garbage.
