Looks like they also contacted Alex Oriakhi from UCONN, who will be eligible to play immediately due to them having a post season ban in 2013.

This is interesting. Gill seems giddy with anticipation, especially with UNC idol-worship. I can understand that coming from a North Carolina native, but for him to talk like this while still taking classes for free at USC is offensive to me. I hope the door doesn't hit him on the way out.

Gill played Basketball in Charlotte. They change schools up there like I change my underwear. Add AAU Coaches and other negative influences, and many of the D-1's from Charlotte bring some heavy baggage. Too bad that so many young athletes get influenced by those outside of education and sports, and by those who are only in it for themselves.

This is a real indictment on Horn's coaching ability. The fact that these type of schools want Gill show that they believe his reason for mediocrity last year was based upon Horn's ineptitude rather than Gill's own shortcomings.

Gills shortcoming was he was a freshman. A segment of our fanbase didn't appreciate how he played as a freshmen.
