Did y'all catch the Tool Bag announcers commenting that no one has hommered as of yet at the CWS this year? That shows the guys didn't even watch or do there homework on the 1st game today to even know LB Dantzler hommered in the third.

Actually, they said no college player had hit one out between the two 375 marks, basically from left center to right center. There have been a couple of homers hit this CWS, but none to the center part of the field.

I think they meant to say HR in center field because they were talking about how deep it was. But they definitely misspoke and sounded like idiots doing it.

Gug is right again. The comment was that in 2 years no home run was hit between the alleys. My mother in law had it wrong too if that makes you other guys feel worse.

Was this during the AZ/FSU game? As much as I don't like Oral and Patrick they both gave credit to LB for his blast, and Orel (I'll be nice in this case) actually gave Roth the love he deserved.
