This has been asked before, and I saw quite a number of people who liked our guy.... Rob at Maxaire.
He has saved us thousands, where others wanted to charge us thousands. He was interested in treating us right vs. lining his pockets, and that I will always remember and will suggest him to others for that reason.

Out of 20 HVAC companies, 19 are crooks. All looking to sell you way more than you need for way more than you have to pay for it. Friend in the HVAC equipment sales business told me to call Krantz, small company in or near Lexington. We did and they were great - reasonable and honest. If you get told to buy a new unit or get a new system, get a 2nd opinion, and if they tell you you need something get a third and don't tell the others what the quote is, they will want to know because they have so much mark-up on their prices. Don't get more than you need!
