Heard Coach Holtz today

He spoke at our NSM. Such a good dude. Had some great stories about his time in Columbia. Didn't know he had another son besides Skip. Signed books for us all.

Coach Holtz is a great person. It's a shame the lies and garbage all the typical Klimpnecks tossed on top of him the entire time he was here.
Not unexpected though by that group of morons and losers.

I saw Coach Holtz speak at a Gamecock Club meeting years ago. He is a great speaker and took time to sign autographs for everyone that wanted one afterwards and it was a long line. We had a lot of bad breaks towards the end of his tenure, but we're were we are partly(maybe largely) b/c of him and he still pulls for us every chance he gets on a very public forum.

He spoke to a group of BellSouth employees in Orlando many years ago, he told us a great story about how years ago he and the family were vacationing in Myrtle Beach one summer when their kids were small. He said he was on the beach running around with the kids and saw his wife laughing, he stopped and asked her what was so funny. She said, "you have some real skinny legs". He said, "yep, and its flaws like that that kept me from getting a better wife"! Said she never again made a dispariging comment about him or his appearance..... Priceless
