Winter workouts are fine for coaches to participate in, just no football can be used in any drill.

is it me, or does it seem like if our S/C coach isn't doing it, its probably a total waste of time.

I think they "fired" the S & C coach after that season and replaced him with Joe "mat drills" Tereshinski, Sr.
