If this truly is his dream job then I would think or hope it will be his last. That would be another reason that he is the best choice. When he does, not if, make us a winner i hope his desire to stay home will be enough to keep him here because I'm sure he will be pursued by other schools once he makes a name for himself here. I don't think there is another candidate out there that we could say there's a better chance of him retiring here.
Exactly and THAT is what sets him apart from all other candadites.
It probably would be IF he was successful here.

Fomerly known as Garnet&BlackAttack.
USC has been a LOT of head coaches "last stop", not all of them because they wanted it that way. Hopefully that is changing.
As for Marshall then I'm sure it depends on both how well he does and how well he is compensated for that job. Hyman is on record as saying he'll pay competitive salaries, so hopefully if GM comes, he'll do well and Hyman will give him raises/bonuses as appropriate. He's a local guy, so that means he won't jump to leave, but then if he's so good the Tarholes or Kensucky come calling then who knows, it's hard to turn down coaching at a legendary program.
He is the right guy. It all fits together for Marshall to be our next coach. I have no doubt he will succeed here. He was in a tough conference to win.
I hope if he comes, he stays as long as HE wants.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
He wont leave to go to UNC or KY. Cause what they would offer him there he would be doing here. So it offsets each other. Just do the right thing and try to bring him home. If refuses then that is fine. But let it be his choice cause like Cremins, if u say No then you shouldnt get another chance to come back.
