JW, along Bluff road within the Farmers Market property there is a little tiny parcel still fenced off. Does someone else own that? They have worked around it like it is something special. Also, everyday I ride by WB I hope to see something beginning for the Videoboard. Any dates on beggining for that?

IRT to the little parcel I asked about above, I looked it up in Richland County GIS and it says that a Catherine Gardner bought it in April 09 for $2,500 and still owns it. Wonder how much the school is going to pary her for that little piece of land.

I agree. It was part of the old railroad right of way which was broken up and sold to the Caboose project and she acquired it from them. I would love to get some insight. No one has done anything to that property in a LONG TIME.

No timetable on the scoreboard just yet. I would be surprised if it was started before Spring Practice. I think they have somethings that have to be done as far as bidding and all that good stuff. I do not think it is going to take long once they get going but I think there is a chance it doesn't start until after Spring Practice at the latest.
That would leave them about four and a half months to get it finished which should be plenty of time.

Is that the section in the middle of the Farmers Market with the large trees? Seems odd.
