Not a chance. You can't operate like that. Nothing is guaranteed next year. If you can get who you want this year, you take him. They will make room for whoever they need to next year. They won't turn down another Clowney if they can get him next year because they are all out of scholarships.

You take who you can now and see what you have to work with later. You never know who's going to transfer, declare, fail out, get expelled, etc. between now and signing day next year.
Similar to not overlooking an opponent and playing one game at a time. Cant look ahead to next year gotta focus on the present.
