I do not think either of them are bad coaches. I think Caldwell is an excellent coach who has only had one year to work with mediocre talent. he did really good things with the lines he had at Vandy.

Steele was very highly thought of when they hired him. I'm not sold on him as a evaluator of talent but I think he could be a good position coach.

I think that Steele is a very goo coach, he just oes not have the players it takes to run his efense. If it is anything like Sabans system, It is a complex system and it it woul not o well unless you have goo players that have the ability to learn their assignments. Clempson just oesn't have that kin of players.
