May be a little soon and insensitive but it will be used. Plus, it could be a valid point. Not saying its the case at auburn, and i really dont think it is, but parents should want their kids in safe places. If a coach uses this while knowing it was just a freak occurence in a safe place, that is wrong. If a coach has reason to believe its a truly unsafe place he has every reason to bring it up. These coaches build relationships with kids and their parents and hopefully come to care about the kids regardless of who they eventually sign with. It would be irresponsible not to alert parents of potential dangers. Like i said though, i doubt auburn is unsafe and hope if thats true none of our coaches would paint it as unsafe just for a recruiting advantage.
