Palmetto Proving Grounds

I'm a student at USC and try to make a lot of the basketball home games, for I grew up going to them in Frank Mcguire. The student decline is really there, and I believe there is just no interest in going to the games. My friends and I will get up for a big SEC game, but usually it is just a handful of us who attend. The excitment for basketball is lacking and there is no real communication between the University and students to attend. When Downey and company were playing it seemed we recieved emails all the time to come to the games. The program seems to be in hiding right now, especially towards the students. If somehow more intrest was generated towards us, I believe the atmosphere could easily change and bring some energy to the team. Just what I think as a current student and huge fan since I was born.
