When introduced in the starting line up, he never mentioned The University of South Carolina. He just said he was from Rock Hill. Why would he do that when all the other players are mentioning the colleges they played at?

the entire OL mentioned their grades schools instead of colleges. Sometimes they like to be different.

If you noticed, some of the players were repping their high school, and even one of the offensive lines calle out their elementary schools. Don't think it's too big of a deal. Doubt he meant any harm to USC.

I know j joe personally, dont look too much into this. He loved being at USC. Didnt see the lineup so i dunno but i can tell you, dont make something out of nothing.

some people like to rep their city or their high schools. not a slight towards Carolina. hell if it was me, I would have repped Braddock, Pa, since that is where I'm originally from as well as the rest of my family.

how do you know know that?? Honestly?? I've heard many players in their intro's name high schools or hometowns instead of their college! I think it's a bit presumptious of you to say that unless JJ has told you that himself...

Got a friend that's an ole miss booster and he told me that all the ole miss guys in the NFL won't say ole miss on the lineup thong until there's a new athletic director and changes made in the Ath Dept.
I don't think that's the case here though. Rock Hill guys have a ton of pride in being from Rock Hill, similar to kids from "The Muck" being proud of where they're from.

The nFL will not let you mention your college in introductions if you left early and did not graduate. Only graduates can say "THE Ohio State University" or The University of South Carolina.
