While I do like Coach Graham, we can't be upset if he decides to leave for an OC job. Its obviously a smart decision and I think its stupid to think he's had much of an impact on the running game outside of being part of the recruiting process for Marcus.

I dont care who our running back coach is, if we have #21 back there, I dont think it really matters much. Coach Graham was here last year and we cudnt run the ball at all. Our success has very little to do w/ Coach Graham and very much to do with Marcus Lattimore.

I disagree with the statement that "our success has very little to do w/ Coach Graham and very much to do with Marcus Lattimore". Lattimore has said numerous times that he works on pad level all the time with Graham and that is one thing coach has really taught him a lot about and that he didn't do as well in high school. Do you really think he can break all these tackles against SEC juniors and seniors if not for some good coaching. Sure he would break some and sure he would still make people miss and sure he would still be good but I strongly believe that Lattimore doesn't repeatedly say how much he has learned about pad level from Graham unless he believes that is an important improvement. Also, take notice on the way he runs with the ball. Didn't he have fumbling problems in high school? It would take a great great play for a defender to knock that ball out. He has a death grip on that ball and almost wraps his whole hand around the end of it. Very nice in my opinion.
