IMHO:
Don't let the door hit you in your floppy hat wearing, smart mouth, country redneck arse.
A college coach interviewing for a job during his current employer's biggest recruiting weekend says a lot about one's character and loyalty. Good riddance to you. You will fit in well with the jorts crowd.
Let's get an energetic, teaching coach. A coach that can relate to and mentor players, does not play favorites, recruits tirelessly and is a team player! I think Lawing has more in common with father time than the rest of the defensive staff or his players. IMO way past his prime for a position coach.

We win with him or win without him. I trust the staff to make a good hire. He has put together some great D lines but maybe we get a upgrade out of this, a great D-line coach and better recruiter.

On the rise? That program has been to the mountaintop and looked down for a while. He is leaving the program on the rise right here in Columbia. Florida simply took a breather during Urban renewal.
