Davis was the most dominant at the high school level.....he was big, faster than any of the other guys you mentioned (beat Tim Montgomery to win the state 100M), and played in at the time one of the best high school regions in the nation.
Summers had the most raw talent probably but thats all it ever really was.
Lattimore had the best work ethic and was the strongest. He gained alot of his yards after contact and if it came down to running out the clock in the 4th Q or 4th and goal from 1 to win the game...I would go with Lattimore.
