He's looked good in limited time. I think he could be a good one, but I really hope it's not this season.

kid sits for the next two years behind Shaw, then most likely Thompson starts his SR season, leaving McEvoy only one year to start assuming Mitch or Nozy aren't the #1 by then. He could potentially start as a JR but Thompson is doing well so far, plus he's a converted WR trying to learn how to play QB in the toughest conference for the toughest QB coach in the last 30 years. He is not in the best situation to start. Plus you never know what mom and dad have said considering the he just got in trouble.

Spurrier just inked the QB he wants, and just got rid of someone we didn't honestly need. There aren't many projects at the QB position winning championships.

This is a shocker, I was looking forward to him playing.
All I know is this: I would not want to play anyone with a senior, experienced Tanner McEvoy at QB. Dude was going to be huge, and is FAST, sick fast.
