Met Dabo today.........

I coach a 12U AAA baseball team and today, I saw Dabo @ N. Spartanburg and he is coaching I believe it to be a 13 or 14U team, they were decked out in urange & purple.Well he comes walking by after some of the coaches told me he was coaching, I said, "No way, but low and behold who comes walking up, Dabo. I look at him and said, " they will let anybody coach up here in the upstate, and he nodded, he puts his hand out , I grab it kind of pull him towards me and Say by the way I am a GAMECOCK, and walks off and says nothing, little perturbed.. MMM PRICELESS.Oh the teams manager is listed Kathleen Sweeney.

The guy is a head coach at a major university and scripted a speech to intentionally antagonize our fanbase. Sorry, but Dabo brought this on himself.

Next time get a backhand cup check......he was prolly wearing one, ......and it woulda been nice to pull ip " almost heaven by john denver. Tell your baserunners to run like tavon austin etc.....if u see him on your sched, let me know. I d drive to gville to hecle that dbag

And then after he walked away I went and introduced myself to him. I had one of my players kneel down behind him and I pushed him backwards. He landed flat on his back and then all of my players came running over and started kicking dirt in his face while everybody in the stands was laughing their balls off. It was awesome.

What 22 did not tell you is that his son is probably the best 12 u player in the state. I have had several dealings with 22 over the years and he is nothing but truthful.
