Miami Heat haters get ITT

  • Regardless of what you think about The Decision you have to admit this is an elite team.

  • LeBron is elite. Wade used to be but is still very good. Bosh is above average. Battier,Haslem and Mario are good role players. Team overall isnt elite imo. LeBron makes up for a lot of their defencies. But congrats to the big 2, maybe we don't have to hear about them anymore.

God, I hope so. I am so sick of hearing all this "Lebron isn't Clutch" nonsense. Hopefully now everyone can just get back to talking basketball.

  • Nike had that commercial locked and loaded.

I love when greatness gets rewarded. Durant will get his in time.

And good for guys like Battier, Miller, and Howard

  • What player will the media turn the heat up on now? Durant, Westbrook, Melo, or Howard? Howard might take that villain role now.

Probably the next one that wants his own 'decision'.

I'm just glad we stop hearing about why everything and everyone else was at fault for no ring.

Can we get a 'Heat bandwagon fans get ITT'?

Lebron was faulted, but certainly not all of it. Just like I'm not laying all the fault for the loss at Durants feet. Lebron most certainly was faulted

I've liked Miami for a long time. Since Shaq went there.

I don't have a problem so much with the people who just don't like Miami/Lebron, they are entitled to their opinions. I only have a beef with the people that said he would never win or wasn't any good or that Miami wasn't a complete team. There are some good pieces there, and everyone on that team is 100% committed to winning.

I think we will be seeing a lot of both of these teams in the finals for the next several years.

  • I'd like to know what idiot thought that wade, bosh and lebron wouldn't win and win big. Lebron is the best player in the league - a total freak.

Watching Lebron play ball is a thing of beauty. However, he punked out and totally dissed his hometown and left for Miami and did it in such a fashion that I along with many others will never be able to appreciate him for the player he is.

I don't ever recall anyone saying LeBron would never win one when he got with the loaded team in Miami. Now they caught a lot of crap for him talking about winning 5,6 or 7 championships like he said after they signed the big 3 and then they get abused the first year in the postseason. They didn't even dominate this year and it took a few breaks for the momentum in this series to swing their way but they got the job done. This year's team was not elite but maybe they will be in time but I doubt it. Wade is getting older and more banged up and Bosh is obviously injury prone.

I think for Durant, we should blame the franchise- have they ever won a title? I mean, it's a joke of a franchise. Who wants to live in OKC, if they aren't drafted there? Luckily their best players were drafted. Westbrook is a head case and Harden isn't even an All-Star, so probably not much of a difference maker(I wonder what he could do all by himself?).... He needs better players around him. He should join CP3 and Griffin in big market LA as soon as possible.

There are some knuckledraggers out there. I talked to several people this year who said "They'll never get it done", "Lebron can't win", "They aren't built right", etc

And Miami would likewise eat a lot of championship teams for breakfast.

You forget Bosh was hurt. With him in the lineup they were 4-1 against NY, 1-0 against Indiana, 2-0 against Boston, and 4-1 against OKC. Pretty solid.

Better yet, he should go to Kobe and Bynum, the Clips are a crappy franchise too.

Agree with Wade. The rumor is he is going to Germany to get the same procedue Kobe had that seemed to help a lot.

Bosh isn't very injury prone at all. This years playoffs is the first time I can remember him going down for a considerable amount of time.

I think they are good..real good in fact. Back to back championship series runs do not just happen. However..elite? I do not think Ewings Knicks teams were elite. To me elite is Celtic, Showtime, Bulls..possibly Detroit.

I think Miami could win a few in the next 5-6 years. Their run is far from over.

  • Mike Miller finally got some help from some of the role players last night. Wade, Lebron, and Chalmers finally accepted their roles as decoys that help get Miller open looks, and you see what happens.

I wonder if the Heat are going to trade Lebron, Wade, and Bosh, and get some younger players to support Miller and Battier. I think they need to get a younger supporting cast for Mike Miller. He is an unstoppable force, and was clearly the best player on the court in this series.

Kidding, kidding! This crow tastes like crap! Lebron deserves all the accolades he gets now, he was clutch in every quarter throughout these past two series. I thought this would go 7 games, 6 at least, but, I really thought that OKC would win. Maybe they are just too young, and needed this experience. Regardless, the Heat was the better team.

When Battier and Miller are shooting like that, they are impossible to stop. Their role players were fine once Lebron took over the lead role from Wade.

I still hate the way Wade and Lebron giggle and have inside jokes making fun of people at pressers. Wade has been the worst thing to happen to Lebron, PR wise. He has made Lebron less mature, but whatever. They are the best duo in the NBA. Lebron is the most unstoppable player since Jordan. He is even harder to stop than Jordan in some ways. Amazing player, that Lebron.

  • This is the best team of the 2012 season. It is definitely NOT elite among past nba championship teams though. Hell, they were down to the Pacers and old Celtics. That does not happen to an elite team or else they would not be elite. 2012 champions, not much more than that.
