Not going to be a stucco finish so the board will be safe. Apparently some sort of metal skin high dollar stuff.

Isn't stucco band these days due to it getting too moist inside if not errrcted & installed properly? They better have pros doing the installation.

Stucco on wood is bad. Stucco on brick or any other man-made surface is typically ok.
